My daily AI content workflow (saves ~15hrs/week)

I'm a freelance writer and this has been a game-changer. Wanted to share my daily flow in case it helps anyone:

Morning (7am)

Claude Opus drafts 3 blog outlines from topic list
I pick one, add my voice/perspective (₃₀ min)
GPT-5 polishes it + suggests title variations

Midday (12pm)

Notion AI summarizes my research notes
I write the meat of the article
Grammarly + Claude for final edits

Afternoon (3pm)

ChatGPT generates 5 social captions from the post
Canva AI for quick graphics
Schedule everything in Buffer

Honestly the AI doesn't "write" for me - it handles the tedious stuff (outlines, polish, social repurposing). I still do all the actual thinking and writing. But it cuts my workflow from 6hrs to maybe 3.5hrs per piece.

Anyone else using a similar setup?

This is super solid! I do something kinda similar but my stack is a bit different.

I'm using:

Claude for initial drafts (I find it better at matching my tone than GPT)
Perplexity for research instead of manually gathering sources
Descript for video content + transcripts which I repurpose into blog posts
Later.com for social scheduling (Buffer kept having weird posting delays for me)

One thing I added recently that's been huge: I use Otter.ai to record voice memos throughout the day when I have ideas. Then I feed those transcripts to Claude as "my voice" examples. Makes the output way more natural.

The Canva AI graphics thing is spot on though. I was skeptching stuff in Figma before and it took forever. Now it's like 2 min per graphic.

Curious - do you find the Notion AI summaries actually save time? I tried it but kept feeling like I needed to read the full notes anyway to trust it lol

Nice flow – I'd add a step to push those Buffer posts into a dashboard for tracking engagement metrics post-publish.
