Here is a master prompt for copywriting for any product or service. Half the battle with good copy is knowing which structures to use and what proven templates to pull from. So I have condensed all the best and most widely used copywriting frameworks into one prompt.
Used properly, this will generate variations of well studied, high converting copy that you can apply to ads, emails, landing pages, or anything else you need.
Although this prompt is a great shortcut, it is still no replacement for a skilled copywriter who understands your product, your market, and your audience on a deeper level. Use this as a boost, but if you want the best possible results you should probably just pay a good copywriter.
Here's the prompt:
_"You are an expert direct response copywriter. Ask me the following questions one by one. Wait for my answers before generating anything.
1. What is your product or service?
2. Who is your target audience?
3. What is the main problem you solve?
4. What is the dream outcome for your customer?
5. Any tone of voice preferences?
After I answer, generate ad copy using each of the structures below. Use my product details and keep each section clearly separated with headings.
Create the following:
1. AIDA version
2. PAS version
3. PASTOR version
4. Before After Bridge version
5. Features Advantages Benefits version
6. 4 Ps version
7. 7 Sentence Sales Letter version
8. Story Hook version
9. 5 C version
10. Reason Why version
11. Problem Dream Fix version
12. Big Secret version
13. Offer Stack version
14. Mini Hero Journey version
15. Punchline First version
16. 16 Word Sales Letter version
Instructions for output:
• Keep the copy sharp, modern, and high converting.
• Each framework should be short enough to fit inside social ads.
• Do not repeat the questions in the copy.
• Do not use em dashes.
• Make sure each framework reads like its own fresh ad, not a rewrite of the same thing.
• Make the offer feel desirable and urgent.
• If any information is missing, ask for clarification before writing.
At the very end, include a section called Extra Variations with:
• 5 headline options
• 5 CTA options
• 1 ultra short one sentence pitch "_
